Some Facts

• As early as in 1998 we won a complicated court argument between Kazagroprombank and Turkish Çukurova Diş Ticaret for the sum of $240,000.
• Owing to the legal analysis effected by us in the autumn of 1999 for the first time in Kazakhstan the Football Assotiation of Kazakhstan was established and registered.
• In the end of 1999 – beginning of 2000 we actively participated in formulation of constituent documentation and business agreements of Kcell company.
• In the beginning of 2000 BGP International – an affiliated company of CNPC entered the Kazakhstani market of entrails investigations.
• In 2000 Adviser initiated and established Legal Case legal association uniting a number of legal companies.
• In 2001 we launched publishing of Advokat (Solicitor) paper.
• In May of 2002 at international conferences on real estate at Ankara Hotel, Almaty, we presented reports on solution of problem passages of the RK Law on real estate.
• In general, we have published tens of articles in Novoe Pokolenie (New Generation), Advokat and Moi Dengi (My Money) papers on business, taxation, licensing, etc. During two years our legal consultations on real estate have been being published in Nedvizhimost (Real Estate), a Kazakhstani popular journal.
